Due to significant contract wins in the Yorkshire region, our client is looking to bring new Site Managers / Agents to add to their already exceptional workforce.
Paying between £45k – £60k (D.O.E) as well as the usual benefits, you’ll also receive an excellent car allowance or vehicle, 28 days holiday, pension.
The Role
Reporting to the director, you will be responsible for the full delivery of works as well as managing the project on a day-to-day basis, and ensure that work is done safely, on time and within budget and to the right quality standards. The site manager / Agent will monitor progress, oversee delivery of materials, and carry out safety checks and manage any problems which could hold up work as they arise. The site manager / agent will always also keep in close contact with members of their site team, and liaise with architects, engineers, surveyors, and planners. He or she, will also ensure that work complies with building regulations and health and safety legislation as well as other legal requirements.
